One-on-One runs acclaimed courses in all aspects of media training – from the gentle interview on the sofa to centre stage. We can tailor a compressed course lasting from a couple of hours to a half-day, one-day or two-day programme.

We teach simple communications – if the media doesn't understand you, no one else will.

We will help you prepare for all aspects of media training – the written press, radio and television.

One-on-One is owned and led by former ITN Correspondent Colin Baker and provides real-issue based training and an insight into how the media feed and how to meet the media demands.
